Transit of Venus 2012 Model.

Warning – potentially loud music!

Similar to the Local Transit Times page I posted about a few weeks ago, this page gets your current location and tells you what time the transit will happen and what path the Sun will follow. It also has a music player, which seems to be slightly louder than the normal volume of things on my computer.

It allows you to change locations, scroll forward and back in time, turn the path on and off and even grab a picture. Here’s what it looks like for the start of the transit from Ann Arbor:
