I got to do a side-by-side comparason of the galileoscope and project star ‘scope

I couldn’t focus the galaileoscope on anything in the room (see previous post). However, in every other way it surpasses the project star ‘scope. The image is much brighter, the field of view is bigger, there’s less chormatic and spherical aberation (judging by the uniformity of blurryness in the slightly out of focus galaileoscope image). It is easier to hold and to find things, and will be much better when mounted.
